Renewal of apartment houses and public buildings
We offer you comprehensive reconstructions of your apartment houses
In twelve years of its activity, E-RAN Slovakia spol. s r.o., member of the E-RAN GROUP, a.s., has reconstructed almost 450 residential houses and thereby improved the housing comfort of 50,000 people in nearly 50 towns all around Slovakia. Our work was awarded 12 prizes at the CONECO International Fair in the contest for "Best Housing Reconstruction".
We were also awarded a "Special Prize" from the Association for the Promotion of Housing Reconstruction, for the reconstruction of the largest residential house in Slovakia (Silvánska 1 – 29), Bratislava, containing 342 housing units). We also specialize in reconstructing the residential houses built in the architectural style of Social Realism (SORELA). For the reconstruction of the house in the street F. Madvu 330 in Prievidza, we obtained the "Award for consistent work in reconstructing the residential house sensitively conserving the original architectural style."
The award was granted by the town of Prievidza. Besides classic reconstructions of residential houses (thermal insulation of the cladding and roof), our Company also engages in other areas of improvement to residential buildings and other property. In the follow-up stage of reconstruction, we provide for replacement of lifts, internal distributions (water, gas, sewerage) and other parts of the residential house. We have also implemented additions of loggias and balconies to residential houses
Renewal of Public Buildings
Apart from reconstructing residential houses, we also focus on renovations of public buildings. Our company carried out renovations of several kindergartens and primary schools, redevelopment of a multifunctional object to rental apartments and storage spaces. Currently, we are preparing a renewal of a social service home, municipal offices and redevelopment of an unused lodging house to municipal rental apartments. We help municipalities to recreate doubtful property to valuable town or municipal objects with meaningful use.
